A Citywide ordinance for the Preservation of existing affordable housing by imposing a reversion of any Federal, State, or Local government action such as zone change, density bonus, variance, exemption, waiver, loan, guarantee, grant, tax abatement, or similar government actions that were involved in the current use and conditions of the property, back to the conditions of the property that existed prior to the government actions that resulted in whole or in part to the current use.
